As our organization continues to grow, we are expanding our project team — and we're looking for a Project Manager who thrives on responsibility and variety. In this role, you'll enjoy a high level of autonomy while being fully supported by a close-knit and experienced team. You'll collaborate with colleagues across departments and act as the key link between internal teams, clients, and external partners.

At DWM, we value balance. You'll work mainly during office hours, in a team with a diverse mix of backgrounds and expertise. Together with experienced colleagues Jaap and Fabian, and supported by our sales and engineering teams, you'll contribute to projects under the leadership of Leon.

What you'll do?

You are the driving force behind the successful delivery of our projects, from the moment a contract is signed through to final completion.

You keep everything on track: timelines, budgets, quality, and expectations. You make sure that everyone involved — from engineering to on-site teams — knows exactly what needs to be done to deliver outstanding results.

Our projects range from smaller technical components to large-scale storage systems and typically run between 3 months and 1.5 years — offering you plenty of variety and challenge.

  • Take full ownership of projects from sales handover to final delivery
  • Ensure seamless coordination of planning, budgets, and project data
  • Keep execution on track by aligning internal teams and external partners
  • Lead project meetings and drive progress
  • Anticipate challenges and support effective decision-making
  • Act as the trusted point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage contract changes and scope adjustments proactively
  • Coordinate on-site activities and collaborate with subcontractors
  • Participate in (international) project meetings—both online and on location
  • Ensure projects are properly concluded and documented in our ERP system
  • Work in line with safety and quality standards (VCA/ISO)

What you bring

You are a proactive and structured professional who enjoys turning complexity into concrete results.

  • Bachelor-level (HBO) education in a technical or commercial field
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical project management (or experience with large, complex projects)
  • Strong command of Dutch and English
  • The ability to confidently interpret technical documentation
  • Excellent communication skills — you know how to connect with clients and suppliers
  • Strong organizational skills and resilience under pressure
  • A results-driven mindset with attention to detail and risk awareness

Employment conditions

  • Market-competitive salary: € 4,500 - € 7,000
  • Good work-life balance, mainly office hours
  • Permanent contract in sight after a one-year contract

We start with a one-year contract, with the intention to build a long-term partnership.
